Quinta is a private and intimate, ecological retreat farm. A unique place, totally off grid and hidden in the mountains of Monchique.
It is a place for those that want to have a close but yet comfortable experience with the natural elements. Close to lovely towns and just a 10 minutes drive from some of the most amazing beaches in Europe.

In the morning:
- Meditation & Yoga practice

- Coming together to talk/ play games/ evening walk

• Transport to farm - We will set up a what’s app group before the retreat starts, so that people can organize getting an uber/taxi together and share costs

Language:
The retreat will be held in english if people from different cultures join. It will be easy to follow for everyone tho :) (We can speak german and spanish as well).

Choose between four of Quinta Almas amazing shelters. All facilities come with electricity, a private outdoor bathroom and shower. We offer single ensuites, shared ones for two, three or four people. All prices are per person.

Good to know
✨ We will have the entire Quinta Alma exclusively for us and get to use all facilities as we like + no other guests on the farm during the entire stay :)
🌿 Quinta sits between the mountains of Monchique and has stunning hiking trails/ forests all around. Adventures can be started right from there.
☀️ The weather during this time in the south of Portugal is expected to be a perfect mix of really warm/some hot and milder days.
🎨 All art pieces you’ll be creating will have a perfect size to take home and will fit in your suitcase or extra shoulder bag.
🧘🏽♀️ We suggest taking part of the main activities, but it is always up to you. If you need time for yourself, we understand that completely.
🚙 We’ll have a rental car and usually some others do as well + Quinta offers to drive us around. We’ll have plenty options to go on excursions nearby.
⛺ Accommodation: You can choose between having a shelter just for yourself or share it with a friend/s or someone from the retreat.

About Me - Acrylic Pouring Artist
Hello, my name is Selina / Cosmos June and I am responsible for all the wonderful art pieces we’re going to create :) I have been specializing in Acrylic Pouring and Abstract Painting over the past years and doing many kinds of art forms since I can remember. Art helps us to ground ourselves and brings so much joy when you know how to work with your imagination. And this is exactly what I love teaching people. In my sessions you'll explore various pouring methods, learn how to mix colors and control the paint to craft stunning compositions. Surrounded by pure nature you'll find deep inspiration to help you unleash your mind and bring artistic visions to life. Whether you're a complete beginner, an experienced artist or somewhere in between - My classes will refine your skills and offer a sweet blend of creativity and mindfulness. Just perfect to complement our nurturing yoga and meditation practices. Let go of everything around you and dive deep with us into a whole new world.

Helen Blum - Yoga & Meditation Instructor
My name is Helen and I am a passionate yogini and yoga teacher from Reutlingen. Yoga has given me so much! In a nutshell: thanks to yoga, I have finally found meaning in my life. When I'm not practising yoga, you'll probably find me out in the countryside or in exotic places around the world. In our fast-paced world, yoga helps me to go through life mindfully and to cope better with stress. Thanks to yoga, I have managed to overcome chronic back and knee pain. Yoga also helps me to go through life with more self-confidence, self-love and acceptance. I am infinitely grateful to have found yoga in my life and would like to give something of this gratitude back to you: I want to help you connect with your body and thus contribute to holistic health. My goal is to help you live a happier and more fulfilling life through yoga! I do this by providing free yoga classes on YouTube, live and online classes, and community events that allow you to connect with other yogis and yoginis.
